The Chattahoochee Hills Fire Department is responsible for providing an efficient and effective delivery of fire, medical, rescue, and life safety emergency services within the city limits.  The city's fire station is located on Rico Road.

The Fire Department also strives to improve the quality of life for City residents by providing public education, fire marshal compliance, and ongoing training for firefighters.

Goals
The primary goals of the Fire Department are to:
  • Reduce and prevent the loss of life and property damage
  • Provide reliable and consistent emergency medical response
  • Increase home and business safety through education and inspection
  • Protect the environment from destruction
