Finance is responsible for handling the purchase of goods and services for all departments in the City. This includes:

• Ensuring compliance with the city’s purchasing policies
• Managing the Bid and Request for Proposal process
• Ordering goods and services
• Contracting for services
• Initiating payment for goods and services
